Our analysis utilized data from the prospective nationwide Austrian Stroke Unit Registry, which recorded every consecutive stroke patient treated with EVT between the years 2016 and 2020. The patients were trichotomized for treatment time based on the moment of groin puncture, categorized as: treatment during regular working hours (0800-1359), afternoon/evening (1400-2159), and night-time (2200-0759).
